Employment Assessment

BookmarkWe’re proud to introduce Bookmark, a personality and situational assessment that aids libraries in the selection of qualified staff members. By measuring critical competencies in an objective, job-related and consistent manner, Bookmark adds science to the art of hiring. Bookmark was developed by Kent District Library with extensive research and collaboration with libraries throughout the nation. The assessment consists of 160 questions and takes about 20 minutes to complete. Competencies measured include:
